Property management assistant in a luxury housing boutique in Eivissa, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is a high quality housing boutique located in Eivissa, Spain. They are working with high class customers from all over the world, ensuring a satisfying experience when staying in Eivissa.

Within this placement you will learn how to work in the real estate industry as well as gain experience working with luxury properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent english spoken & written
• Driving license
• Enjoying to travel, with a travelling backgrounds
• Be extremely organized and extremely punctual- this is crucial
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, having people skills and paying attention to details
• Knowledge of the island of Ibiza is a plus
• Good communication skills
• French or spanish intermediate is a plus
• Studying business / tourism or hospitality management

TASKS

• Create weekly planning for revision of the properties
• Visit the properties and fill in our “Property viewing files”, adding them into our system in English and translating them into other languages (This will include of the property)
• Inspection of the properties up to Bonder’s standards
• Creation of villa books and deliver to the villas
• Deal with worldwide high end clients and arrange for them all the necessary for their holidays
• Meet & greet clients at the airport and guide them to the house to explain how everything works
• Follow up clients via email and phone
• Make sure that you always deliver a perfect service to all Bonder’s clients
• Check in & Check out
• Quality control on services supplied to clients
