• Enter and update customer information into the database

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers and resolve any issues
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills a plus
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
