Position Description

The role of an Intern in our company involves assisting in day-to-day hospitality and tourism tasks, while gaining professional experience in customer service, marketing, event planning, and operational logistics. You will assist our team in creating exceptional experiences for our visitors, handling any guest queries and concerns proficiently, and supporting various marketing promotional activities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our social media platforms and event planning endeavors, gaining insights into the dynamic operations of the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

Job Requirements

Applicants should be currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or similar tertiary program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous work experience in the Hospitality/ Tourism industry would be advantageous. Computer proficiency in applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be beneficial.
