-Handle any complaints and problems promptly and professionally.
-Contribute to the creation of improved front-desk workflow strategies.

Job Requirements

-Must be pursuing a degree related to Hospitality, Communication, or any relevant field.
-A good command in English and Spanish is a must, any additional language is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in the use of reservation software.
-Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
