Job Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you will work alongside our experienced professionals and learn how to deliver the best customer service possible. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with incoming customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Ensuring that all customer issues are promptly resolved.
  • Supporting our team in maintaining customer records by updating account information.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Engaging in team meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you should:

  • Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Communications, or related degree.
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
