Job Description:

The selected intern will collaborate with our event planning team and will have a hands-on role in organizing, implementing, and monitoring a variety of events in collaboration with various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in coordinating logistics for events, including vendor relations, event design, and setup.
• Aiding in the development of event briefs and ensuring events adhere to brand and objectives.
• Contributing to the creation and distribution of promotional material for upcoming events.
• Supporting the team to monitor budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness of events.
• Assisting in post-event analytics and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Enrolled in a university or college program aimed at event management, hospitality, business, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Portuguese and English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
