Tasks and Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Monitor student progress and report concerns to teachers or appropriate staff.

• Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and students.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma in education, early childhood development, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in relevant technology and educational software.
• Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or other languages is a plus.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
