Job Description
The Public Relations Intern will assist the PR team in executing promotional campaigns, monitoring media coverage, conducting market research, preparing reports, updating social media platforms and interacting with clients and journalists. Additionally, the intern will assist in the organization of special events, press conferences, or any other client activity that requires PR involvement.
Responsibilities
- Support PR campaigns with ideas, content, and promotion
- Assist in preparing and disseminating press releases
- Monitor all forms of media, schedule and coordinate interviews
- Engage with clients to understand and meet their PR requirements
- Assist the PR team in organizing events and maintaining contact database
- Conduct market research and prepare PR reports
Job Requirements
- Currently studying or a recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
- Strong interest in PR and awareness of current trends in the industry
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
