Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the team in planning, coordinating, and managing both onsite and offsite events.
• Contribute to event marketing efforts, which include social media promotion and client communication.
• Help manage logistics before, during, and post-event, like the setup, registration, feedback collection, etc.
• Partake in budget planning and control for events.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of vendors and event support.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be undergraduates pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure are required. Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, and a basic understanding of project management tools are compulsory. Being bilingual in English and Portuguese is an added advantage.
