Role Description:

The main focus of the Events Intern role is to support our event management team in the planning, organization, and execution of events that uphold the market-leading image of the company. The events can vary from small internal meetings to large conferences, workshops, and national/international expos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of event plans and schedules.
  • Sourcing and liaising with vendors and sponsors.
  • Assisting in marketing and promotional activities for the events.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed as required.
  • Conducting post-event evaluations to determine how future events can be improved.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or related fields (ongoing or completed)
  • A keen interest in event management activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
