Role Description:
The HR intern will participate in various HR projects and daily operational tasks. These include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Helping to implement and coordinate HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the HR department in employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be a current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management or related field, possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and have a genuine interest in HR Practices. Knowledge of multiple HR software and systems will be considered a plus. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Italian language proficiency would be desirable but not mandatory.
