Vacancy: Kitchen/Cook Internship

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will directly support and learn from our team of experienced chefs. The responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, under the supervision of experienced chefs.
• Participating in the entire food preparation process, including selection of high-quality ingredients, preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen by adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Assisting with inventory checks and ensuring fresh produce is in stock and in perfect condition.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate should have the following:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Culinary Arts or Hospitality program.
• An aptitude for cooking, with some practical experience in a food preparation setting.
• An understanding of food safety practices.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
