Position: Food and Beverage Internship
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary enthusiast eager to cultivate their craft in the food and beverage industry. Engaging directly with our F&B operations, the internship is designed to offer gained knowledge of Italian and international food trends, product development, quality management, product marketing, and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new beverage recipes and menu items.
- Support in carrying out sensory tests and documenting results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the F&B industry.
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations in each task undertaken.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to innovative ideas and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Technology, Culinary Arts or relevant fields.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
