Reception / Reservations Internship

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing front desk operations including answering phone calls, screening and forwarding calls, providing information, and taking messages.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain reception area to ensure a professional atmosphere.
• Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Undertake reservations and booking responsibilities as well as handling any changes or cancellations.
• Establish positive relationships with our clients and manage customer communication.
• Ensure our reservation system is updated and observe pricing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Current enrolment in a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
