Job Description and Tasks

During the internship, our culinary intern will master a variety of tasks under the guidance of our expert chefs. Responsibilities include assisting in food prep, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, learning food presentation techniques, and studying Italian recipes and cooking methods. The culminating experience is the opportunity to design a meal for our exquisite menu, demonstrating your growth and expertise.


Candidates must be enrolled in a culinary school or a related program. Having previous experience in a kitchen setting is an advantage, but not compulsory. A deep interest in Italian cuisine and the ability to work under pressure are required. Proficiency in Italian or English is needed, with the other language being a significant plus. This position requires standing for lengthy periods and lifting objects up to 25kg.
