About the Internship

This is an incredible opportunity for those passionate about cooking and keen to hone their skills in a supportive environment. As a Kitchen/Cook intern, you will work under proficient chefs, learn off-menu specials, get hands-on experience in preparing our signature dishes, and understand the intricacies of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparations
• Participate in creating new recipes and cooking methods
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, following health and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management, stock check, and ordering
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Required Skills & Competencies

• Current enrollment or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
• Basic kitchen experience
• Exceptional understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, with a passion for cooking and possessing a keen eye for detail
