Job-Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to join our diverse team at a reputable language school in Genoa, Italy. The candidate will assist in delivering English lessons, aiding students ranging from kids to adults, beginners to advanced learners, and support the teaching staff.Tasks include:

• Assisting in planning, conducting and evaluating interactive teaching and learning activities.
• Providing support to students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Helping to develop instructional materials and aids to maximize students' English language skills.
• Monitoring students' progress, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements in collaboration with other staff members.
• Contributing to extra-curricular activities and school events to promote English language learning and cultural exchange.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field. TEFL/TESOL certificate is preferable.
• Native English speaker or C2 proficiency level in English.
• Previous experience in teaching English or working in an educational environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic teaching environment.
