Our partner is a publishing, marketing and PR company operating globally. They are dynamic, fast-growing, and with a keen eye for grasping new opportunities in the incredibly exciting world of B2B media. They have a deep respect for people - be it those who work with them, colleagues they consult with, or clients they serve. Their company is young - founded in 2019 - and has an open, nimble and “work smart” approach which they want to see imbued in anyone who joins them. While full training and support will be provided in the first few months, you would need to be highly resourceful, independent, quick to absorb information, empathize with a wide variety of people, and use your ambition to fuel proactive decision-making and palpable results. You will be working in teams of two or three, so people/team skills are important for everyone to have a positive experience.

TASKS

- B2B Sales: You will be in direct and constant contact with C-levels

- Phone calls, Zoom meeting and Emails sales

- Working travels to meet companie's CEOs around Europe

- Networking and building relationships with relevant stakeholders that can
support the Beneficiary’s projects and objectives; securing partnerships.

- Coordinating agenda and attending meetings with industry executives and
government representatives in countries around the world, online or in
person.
- Negotiating and closing advertising and marketing contracts, handling the
post-sale communication with clients and managing the relationship.

- Supervising artwork creation and customer sign-off, and supporting the
post-production process.
- Assisting in following and collecting any outstanding payments.

 

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent command of the English language (additional languages big plus)

· Driven sales mentality with an ability to intelligently persuade

· Empathy & listening skills, authenticity

· The ability to work independently and manage one’s schedule

· High initiative and agility, suited to a start-up culture

· Good understanding of and curiosity towards the industries being researched

· Eagerness to travel and explore the world

 

CONDITIONS

- Collaboration contract: The candidate must have a legal entity and issue a monthly invoice to the company

- €2800 per months (€1,000 are allocated for accommodation & transport when projects take place on the field.)

- Commissions scheme + monthly bonuses on sales contracts closed

- 8 hours per day with flexible schedule
