Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing and planning a wide range of events.
- Coordinating with vendors and managing logistics.
- Work closely with the events team in promoting and marketing events onsite and online.
- Assist in budgeting and maintaining financial records for events.
- Attend site visits and planning meetings.
- Handling after-event feedback process and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to Event Management, Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Prior experience in event planning or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driving license.
