We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as an intern in Reception / Reservations department.

Job Description

The intern’s tasks will involve but not limited to:

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Managing the company's booking system, ensuring that all bookings are made correctly and efficiently.
• Preparing clients' invoices and handling payments.
• Maintaining the reception area to ensure it meets the stipulated aesthetic and cleanliness benchmarks.

Requirements

We seek an enthusiastic intern with:

• Fluency in Dutch and English: verbal and written.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle critical situations and stress.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and other common business software.
• Desire to learn and contribute to the goals of the organisation.
