Responsibilities:

• Supporting the organization's day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assisting with project management including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
• Engaging in research activities, data collection, and analysis.
• Helping with fundraising and donor engagement activities.
• Participating in workshops, meetings, and community outreach programs.
• Developing and managing content for our website and social media platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master's program related to International Relations, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a nonprofit organization is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media management.
