Role Summary

We are now seeking for a committed, enthusiastic and dedicated Education/Teaching assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity that promises both challenge and reward in equal measure.

Job Description

In your capacity as an Education/Teaching Assistant, your primary role will be to assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the head teacher. Specific responsibilities include preparing materials and classrooms for class activities, instructing and monitoring students in the use and care of equipment and materials, and assisting with the general students' supervision in the classroom and during lunch breaks.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in a school environment, a recognized Teaching Assistant qualification will be an advantage. You must demonstrate a sincere passion for education with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. You should also have the ability to work collaboratively and understanding the needs and learning styles of students.

Personal Requirements:

The suitable candidate should show a genuine interest in aiding children’s learning and development, while demonstrating patience, resilience, and creativity. You must have excellent time management capabilities, great attention to detail and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication.
