Our Recruitment and Mobility Agency is dedicated to innovation and ambition, striving to match the right interns and junior employees with the right companies. Excitingly, we are now launching our new platform, Piktalent, which is not only more intuitive but also serves as the benchmark for student mobility and junior profiles across various sectors throughout Europe. This platform caters to educational institutions, companies, and junior profiles, positioning itself as a central hub for European opportunities.

Tarefas

  • Research and prospect companies that may need recruitment services.

  • Identify key contacts within target companies (HR, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.).

  • Send emails and make cold calls to generate interest in our services.

  • Qualify leads and schedule qualified interviews with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up and convert leads into business opportunities.

  • Assist in organizing sales processes and closing deals.

Requisitos

  • Students or recent graduates with an interest in sales, recruitment, or technology.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Positive, proactive attitude toward challenges and a strong desire to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to contribute to a growing team and tackle a long-term outbound sales process.

  • Previous experience is not required, but motivation and interest in the field are highly valued.

Condições

  • A dynamic and international work environment

  • One day of remote work per week

  • Two vacation days per month

  • Possibility of joining the team after the internship

  • Hands-on experience in customer service and sales in a growing company

 

Availability and hours:

  • Part-time internship, 20 to 30 hours per week

  • Minimum duration of 2 to 3 months

Location:

  • On-site in Sevilla, Spain (with one day of remote work per week)
