Duties & Responsibilities

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in planning and implementing curriculum and classroom activities
  • Providing individual assistance to students, ensuring their understanding of the material and promoting participation in activities
  • Monitoring and keeping records of students' progress and behavior
  • Ensuring classroom environment is safe, clean and conducive to learning
  • Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and the school management team about students' progress and behavior

Job Requirements

To be suitable for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have a minimum of a Diploma in Education or any related field
  • Possess experience in a similar role (desired but not mandatory)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency would be a plus)
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on individual tasks
  • Must be legally able to work in Spain
