Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings, ensuring the client's vision is executed flawlessly.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage schedules.
• Conduct research for new venues, decoration ideas, and catering options to provide clients with innovative ideas.
• Support the logistical aspects of events, including setup, breakdown, and managing the event timeline.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and help create detailed timelines and to-do lists.
• Handle administrative tasks such as database updates, file management, and budget tracking.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, event management, or related program.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
