Human Resources Internship - Bilbao, Spain

Tasks and Responsibilities

-Support HR-associated operations including recruitment, onboarding, and training and development.
-Assist with the preparation and coordination of performance review procedures.
-Contribute to employee relationship management through assistance in resolving HR related issues and inquiries.
-Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
-Compile, organize and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
-Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).

Job Requirements

-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
-Prior internship experience in HR or related field is appreciated but not obligatory.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledge of HR software is a plus.
-Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
