Our collaborator is a  is a community of more than 13,000 members that promotes mutual help and the involvement of people in social action in their immediate environment.

They empower vulnerable groups (refugees, immigrants, elderly, etc.) by meeting their basic needs and fostering social action.

Tarefas

They are looking for an inter to support the "Impact Measurement" area of the foundation, your main tasks include:

• Data collection, loading, review and analysis of data in the management system. 
• Systematization and documentation of processes.
• Uploading of assistances into the Management System.
• Systematization of processes.
• Perform uses of the office package
• Document processes in manuals
• Send mails
• Standardize registered information

Requisitos

• Proactive.
• Effective communication skills.
• Listening and empathy skills.
• Organizational skills.

Desirable skills:

• Have done some work in management system, data or programming.
• Experience in office, with data, data analysis.
