The ideal candidate should be a student or recent graduate in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. They should display a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, is a must. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with woodworking machinery and safety protocols is highly desirable.
