Tasks Description

• Support classroom teachers in the delivery of lesson plans and educational activities.

• Facilitate small group sessions to enhance student understanding of key concepts.
• Monitor student progress and behavior during instructional time, providing feedback to educators.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to a positive school culture.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, implementing school policies effectively.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in education or relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a teaching or educational support role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese (English is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and passion for working with children.
• Knowledge of child development and educational principles.
