Job Description - Internship at Reception / Reservations Department

As a Reception / Reservations Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, offering impeccable service whilst instilling an enduring impression. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will broadly entail:

• Efficient handling of client reservations, enquiries, and complaints
• Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Assisting with the management of bookings and room allocations
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintaining updated, accurate records of customer interactions
• Participating in ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements

Interested candidates should have:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential, additional languages will be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• An enthusiastic, service-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with MS Office and reservation systems will be an advantage
