Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Help organize training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in survey implementation.
• Contribute to the creation of HR policies and procedural documentation.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and assist in HR reporting and analytics.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
