Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Frontline interaction with customers, addressing inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Assist with customer order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and patience, working diligently to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with different teams to improve customer service processes and maintain high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to obtain customer insight.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Report to the customer service manager regularly about performance, feedback, and customer insights.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles will be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
