Job Title: Customer Service Internship

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as first line of support for customer inquiries providing timely, reliable, and professional service.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products and services.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions for the technical team.
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer satisfaction insights to improve existing processes.
  • Work with the team to devise proactive strategies to manage client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business related Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Office suite and customer service tools/software.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and complaint handling.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.

Note:
