Tasks Description

• Assist in daily operations within the front desk and concierge services, ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional events and social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and insights, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping and food services, to ensure smooth operation and a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct market research to assist in the development of new products and services aligned with current tourism trends.
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen knowledge of hospitality management best practices.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software.
• A passion for hospitality and customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
