Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Service team in Aveiro, Portugal. As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into customer relationship management while contributing to our mission of providing unparalleled service.

Tasks Description

• Assist in answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide support in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for our customers.
• Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
