Internship Position: Communication/Journalism Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Conduct research on industry trends and topics, providing insights for editorial content.
• Support in organizing and attending events, taking notes, and preparing post-event reports.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.
• Help monitor media coverage and analyze public relations metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare press releases and media kits, ensuring clarity and professionalism in messaging.
• Engage with audiences online, responding to comments and inquiries to enhance community relations.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in conducting research and compiling reports is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
