Job Vacancy: Human Resources Intern

We are currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in our Verona office. This internship presents an exceptional opportunity for the selected candidate to gain invaluable experience and contribute towards our HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and candidate management systems.
• Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Full proficiency in English and Italian.
