Job Description

We are looking for an English Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing assistance to our primary English teaching staff, facilitate interactive language sessions, aid with lesson planning and curriculum development.

• Assist lead teachers in creating a dynamic, interactive classroom environment.
• Craft engaging English language lesson plans based on the curriculum.
• Assist students in better understanding the English language by providing individual coaching.
• Support teachers in grading assignments and exams.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student progress.
• Help organize school events and cultural outings to immerse students further into the English-speaking world.

Job Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Education, Languages or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• TESOL certificate or any equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and classroom management abilities.
