Job Description

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in providing high-quality education to our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in lesson planning and delivering educational activities.
• Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Facilitating group work and promoting a positive classroom environment.
• Helping manage classroom behavior and maintaining a safe, respectful space for all students.
• Preparing teaching materials and resources for various subjects.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Engaging in collaborative planning with educators and attending staff meetings.
• Supporting the implementation of school events and extracurricular activities.

Personal and Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Relevant degree in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
• Basic knowledge of child development and educational psychology is advantageous.
