Job Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers in planning and implementing educational programs
• Assisting students with their academic work
• Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities
• Maintaining safe, clean, and educational environment in the classroom
• Contributing to the organization of school trips, events, and activities
• Supporting the teacher in managing student behavior and promoting positive learning environment
• Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of classroom activities and teaching methods
• Ability to work with children of different ages and educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Italian; English proficiency is a plus
• Demands patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
