Tasks Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide a full range of HR support and also assist in strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Assisting with recruitment - job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant screening
• Coordinating onboarding for new employees
• Performing basic administrational tasks
• Assisting in policy development and documentation
• Participating in professional development
• Contributing to the performance evaluation process
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives

Job & Personal Requirements

The successful candidate will be a student or recent graduate in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources, with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
