Internship Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team in Milan. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in various industrial engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting process analyses and performance evaluations to identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize workflows and systems.
• Support the development of process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in data collection and analysis for quality assurance and project performance metrics.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of lean initiatives aimed at waste reduction and efficiency enhancement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior engineers and management, showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
