The English Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting our experienced teachers in the classroom, facilitating student learning through interactive language exercises, and creating an engaging learning atmosphere. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Providing educational support to teachers during English lessons,
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress,
- Assisting in the development of lesson plans and teaching materials,
- Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities to promote English proficiency.
We're looking for candidates who have a strong passion for teaching and a love for English language education. Qualifications and skills demanded for this position include:
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field,
- Native or near-native English proficiency,
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or other educational roles,
- Strong communication and organizational abilities,
- A valid work permit for Italy.
You should be highly motivated, patient, and demonstrate an ability to work with children and adults of varying English proficiency levels. You should be comfortable working within a multicultural team and be open to adopting new teaching methods and technologies.
