Management Internship Position

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct business process analysis and identify necessary business process changes.
• Undertake projects aimed at efficiency improvements and provide project management support.
• Perform market research, compile reports and participate in the development of business plans.
• Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Work closely with managers and executives to implement and assess strategic plans and reviews.

Requirements

• Currently majoring in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, with an ability to develop spreadsheets and presentations.
• Fluent in English and Italian,
• Genuine interest in business and strategy development.
• Prior internship experience in management or related fields would be an asset.
