Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Management Intern to support our team in planning and delivering exceptional events. This internship will provide extensive hands-on experience in the thrilling world of event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
• Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and industry trends to make informed decisions.
• Support logistics including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and attendee management.
• Help create promotional materials and social media content to boost event visibility.
• Attend meetings and provide insights on event execution and improvements.

Personal and Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• A passion for events, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
