Our collaborator is an international media platform dedicated to providing news, entertainment, and resources for the international community. Since its beginnings in Ireland, it has connected people worldwide through music, interviews, and stories celebrating cultural diversity. Now expanding into Portugal, the platform aims to strengthen its voice within this vibrant and multicultural country.

 

Tarefas

  • Oversee the daily operations of the online radio station and manage the broadcasting schedule.

  • Coordinate with hosts, guests, and contributors to ensure smooth programming.

  • Monitor streaming quality and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Develop and pitch new show concepts for Portugal’s multicultural audience.

  • Assist in promoting shows and events via social media, community networks, and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the team to boost listener engagement and grow the audience base in Portugal.

Requisitos

  • Passion for radio, media, music, and broadcasting.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a flexible environment.

  • Familiarity with broadcasting tools (e.g., OBS, PlayIt Live) or willingness to learn.

  • Enthusiasm for Portugal’s cultural diversity.
