Internship Overview

This internship program acquaints you with the exciting world of wedding planning. You will engage in team collaborations handling venue scouting, budget management, vendor coordination, theme creation, timeline development, logistics to on-the-day execution. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience on creating extraordinary settings, transforming ordinary spaces into magical realms, all imprinted in elegance and love.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating various aspects of wedding planning, from inception to completion
• Support with developing designs and themes, in line with client's preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and staff
• Attend vendor meetings and site visits in preparation for each event
• Ensure the smooth running of event operations on the day

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Event Management or related program
• Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Greek – both written and spoken
• A detail-oriented mindset with a creative flair
• Willingness to work weekends when events are scheduled
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
