Job Description

As a Management Intern, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where you'll contribute to key business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and executing strategic business projects
Analyse and benchmark current business processes and propose improvements
Prepare and present business reports to the senior management team

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual who's pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills are also essential. Previous internship experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality, coupled with an ability to work well in a team. Also must be a quick learner with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
