Internship Position - Logistics Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of logistics strategies
• Support in monitoring supply chain processes and addressing any issues in real-time
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain and update logistics-related data in the company's IT system
• Assist in inventory control and manage documentation processes for inbound and outbound logistics
• Understand the workings of customs regulations and international import/export restrictions
• Participation in regular training and workshops to hone professional skills

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a university/graduate school program
• Studies related to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline are preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Understanding of the basic principles of logistical processes
• Competence in MS Office and familiarity with operating IT systems
• Ability to multitask, while paying keen attention to details
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
