Position: Human Resources Internship

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our team in our Copenhagen office. This full-time position offers the chance to participate and gain hands-on experience in all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate training sessions and any organization-wide workshops or initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Studying or completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data and confidentiality with utmost discretion, consideration, and care.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.

Personal Requirements

  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
  • Strong communication skills (fluency in English and Danish preferred).
